Three ingredients, each with a specific job:
Milk thistle extract (96% silymarin) — 300 mg. Silymarin is the compound the research actually studies, and it's only one part of the plant. That's why the percentage matters more than the milligrams. Most of the shelf sells 70% to 80%. This is the European pharmaceutical grade.
N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) — 500 mg. Supplies cysteine, the raw material your body uses to produce glutathione, one of its own internal antioxidants.
Choline bitartrate — 200 mg. An essential nutrient that participates in normal fat metabolism and helps maintain normal liver function. Most adults don't get enough and almost nobody realises it.
Most liver supplements bury their amounts under a blend total. Every number here is printed separately, so you can check it against the research before you buy.
