Subscription Policy
How it works. When you choose "Save 20% with automatic refills" at checkout, you subscribe to receive your selected VELOVIQ package every 4 weeks at 20% off the regular one-time price. Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date, before your order ships.
No commitment. There is no minimum number of orders. You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription page (https://veloviq.com/pages/manage-subscription) or by emailing support@veloviq.com (Mon–Fri, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST). To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
Reminders and changes. We will email you before renewals and notify you in advance of any change to your subscription price or terms.
Refunds. Every order, including subscription renewals, is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. Contact support@veloviq.com to request a refund.
